Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Non-Eligible Returns
For safety and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used products
- Products not in their original condition
- Items that have been damaged after purchase due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that appears damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We may request additional information or photos to review the issue and will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once a return is received and reviewed, eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
